Yes. Everything is food safe, as well as dishwasher and microwave safe.

Pre-Order: Because every piece is made by hand, please allow 8–10 weeks for creation before it is ready to ship. The longer timeline ensures each piece is carefully formed, fired, and finished to the highest quality.


Shipping is available in the United States.


Absolutely! You can share your own design or we can work together to make your idea come to life.


Everything is hand-built or thrown on a pottery wheel. All pieces are handmade from start to finish.


Pieces are thrown on the pottery wheel, then slowly dried to leather hard. They are then trimmed on the wheel and slowly dried to bone dry. From there, pieces go into the kiln for the first firing. Pieces are then glazed and placed in the kiln for the final firing. Once cooled, the pieces can be used!


All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.


Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each piece is carefully crafted, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


Terms of Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


State of Return
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely in the original (or equivalent) packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.


Reason for Return
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Wrong item was received

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, size, and design are to be expected and are not considered defects.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Process for Return
To initiate a return, please email grigsbypottery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.


Process of Refund

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
